About Us Jay Rubber Linings Ltd is an on-site rubber lining company based in Crewe, Cheshire. The company was founded with the intention of specialising in the on-site repair/renewal of plant and machinery linings and covering within industry. We can successfully rubber line or cover many substrates and coatings, including steel, stainless steel, titanium, GRP, FGVE, epoxy resin, wood and concrete. The principal benefits of rubber lining are its excellent life span in many applications up to thirty years and resistance to corrosive and abrasive substances. To this end the company is dedicated to offering customers a broad range of the best quality materials, fully traceable back to the source of manufacture. These include pre-vulcanised soft natural, hypalon and butyl rubbers and site curing ebonite, soft natural rubber, butyl, neoprene, hypalon and E.P.D.M. Some of the materials used are WRC approved and suitable for potable water. The confidence of the company's commitment to quality is reflected in its ability to give very generous guarantees for the majority of works undertaken. All employees of the company have a firm commitment to Health and Safety, Service and Quality, which has lead to some excellent references and referrals from customers whose top priority is a safe working environment. Jay Rubber Linings is now well established and respected for its attention to detail in all aspects of the business. All the employees are Client/Contractor National Safety Group (CCNSG) Passport to Safety Trained and B.A. trained and a percentage are C.S.E.T. (confined space entry trained). We have an on-going programme of training, employing professional companies to ensure that all our operatives are more than capable of carrying out works to the very high safety standard that we have set for ourselves. Since working under the ISO 9001:2000 Standard, the company has had new contract opportunities, which have been enthusiastically pursued, with great success. Specified Method Statements, Risk Assessments and all relevant C.O.S.H.H. assessments are produced for each job, and are submitted for approval prior to the commencement of any works. |
